Supplies Needed:

Eye Candy 4000
pa-glassfigurine2.zip My Glass Setting for Eye Candy 4000 - copy to your Eye Candy 4000 Glass folder.

This tutorial is for a simple ceramic-like glazed and glossy figurine. It also assumes you are somewhat familiar with the tools in PSP 7.02 How much gloss and how many highlights you want are done by playing with the various glass settings in Eye Candy 4000. When you find one you like, be sure to save it like I did.

Let's get started making a ceramic figurine of a cute Yorkshire Terrier puppy.

Remember to save OFTEN! Save in PSP format.

Step 1:

Open a new 500 x 500 canvas as shown here:

Step 2:

Add a new raster layer. Name it Yorkie. Select the tube tool, find the pa-barbbo.tub tube in your Tool Options - Picture Tube control palette. Place it in the middle of your canvas using these settings:

Step 3:

Select Effects/Plugins and launch Eye Candy 4000, Glass. You should be able to select the Settings tag and choose my pa-glassfigurine2 setting. In case of problems with it, then use these settings:

After applying all the above settings, your image will look similar to this:
